Here is the result of one of my photography assignment. I stole the idea from an image I found on the internet and re-created the shot in our studio. I think it turned out pretty good!

Baby Hair Clips

I made these hair clips a couple of weeks ago for my 3 nieces. I decided to post the pictures before I put them in the mail. They are super easy to make. I posted the materials below:

1. Metal double prong clips (at Sally's they come in a pack of 100 for $5)
2. Ribbon
3. High temperature hot glue gun
4. Decorative accents of your choice

Notes: I wrap the ribbon on the inside of the clip to prevent it from catching or pulling hair. I use Hot-Fix rhinestones with a sodering iron for the crystals. Here is a link to the rhinestone website http://www.creativecrystals.com/

Hello again blog!

So it has been a long while since my first blog. Since then I have eaten way to much turkey, had a glorious Christmas, had morning sickness for about 3 months and started school. As some of you may already know I am 4 months pregnant. This will be our first child. We are super excited and scared. For the last 3 months I have been pretty sick. I am starting to feel better or maybe I am just getting used to feeling horrible. I dunno, but at least the house isn't a mess anymore. The last 3 months the house was a complete disaster, don't know how we survived. Recently I have been a sewing and crafting freak. I am going to take some pictures of the stuff I have made this weekend. I plan on making lots of baby stuff as soon as I know what sex the baby will be. We find out in 5 weeks. Well that is all for now!
