Exercising - Made it thru week 2 on to week 3

Week 1 was hard. Week 2 was kinda enjoyable. Last weekend we went on a trip to LA and that was tiring. I did a good job of finishing my workouts while I was visiting. Javier even made me go to some Cross Fit class with him. It reminded me of being in gymnastics again, they give you an assignment and you have to finish it. Also yesterday I moved a bunch of junk around in the garage so I am tired from that. So the beginning of week 3 has been rough. I have made it through the workouts but with little effort on my part. I had to skip a day and felt so guilty I couldn't stand it. So I made it up the next day. I mean at this point I have invested 17 days in this program and I might as well keep going.

Debbie, I did it too. First month, religiously. Second month not as much. Third I quit. But I've been walking a lot. It's great for winter exercise since it's indoors. I'll try to keep doing some this summer but will probably pick up again for reals this fall. I like it!
